Hi. I'm River. Today I am going to my Rugby Club Prizegiving, and I think I might get a trophy. In our Rugby Season Game, we lost by 2 points. The score was 9 points to 7. I am proud of my team because we did a good job of our rugby.

    I like the way you are proud of your team and what they accomplished even though they didn't win the first game of the season.

    Great writing River - you are a very speedy and talented rugby player. I love watching you dodge and weave with the ball tucked under your arm. Even though your team didn't win many games you all improved greatly in your skills - and I bet you have a great season next year. Tackle rugby is a lot different to Ripper and League isn't it!! Which do you prefer and why?
